On account of International Women's Day  SAMCE organised " The Prudent Panel Discussion on Topic Striking the Balance : Work- Life  Management for Women in the Field of Education ". Dr.S.Kala Dean of Research ,Dr.Raju Director of Management Programs from Fatima College , Ms.Simona from American 
 College  & Dr.Suka Joshwa former Professor LDC were the Panelist. Ms.Gnansundari acted as moderator for the session .The Panelists Highlighted the techniques which could be adopted to balance both work and life. One of the Panelist rightly pointed out that work life balance is MYTH.It is all about the passion every individual have towards work and life . The whole discussion was very enlightening and informative  . The Chairman and Director honoured the panelist and shared their views on the topic. We wish all Woman a Happy International Women's day
